Jim M. Everett, CMP, serves as the President of EA+, Inc. and has over nineteen years experience in the employment and financial services industries. He has served as Chief Executive Officer for corporations in both industries, including owning a Dallas-Fort Worth based career management firm, specializing in executive search, out placement, executive coaching, and image enhancement.
Prior to that, he gained a reputation for successfully organizing new business entities, including a travel agency, life insurance company and unitary bank holding company.
Mr. Everett is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and Louisiana State University's Graduate School of Banking. He is a charter member of the International Association of Career Management Professionals (IACMP) and he is certified as a Career Management Practitioner by the International Board for Career Management Certification (IBCMC). He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves on the board of directors of a local chapter. Additionally, Everett organized and facilitates a local Human Resource Round table for professional development. He frequently volunteers evenings and weekends to help the unemployed and under-employed find work in accordance with their skills and abilities. Everett has been elected one of the Outstanding Young Men of America by the United States Jaycees and is a member of WHO'S WHO in Executives and Professionals.
