Standard pricing is 33% of annual base salary payable as follows: 1/3 on the date of engagement, 1/3 on the date of the first candidate interview, and 1/3 on the date of candidate acceptance. Contingency Search
EA Plus, Inc. designed this service to attract middle managers, as well as, senior managers ($60K through $100K). Typical search time is between 60-90 days. Standard pricing is 30% of annual base salary and payable upon the candidate's final acceptance. No fees are due until an offer is made and accepted. If you do not hire, then you do not pay! EA Plus, Inc. issues a three (3) month replacement guarantee for all candidates hired should they leave for any reason. Preferred pricing is negotiable for current EA Plus, Inc. clients.

Contract Search
Designed by EA Plus, Inc. for both middle ($60K+)and senior ($1OOK+) management on a interim basis with a option to convert to permanent employment in due time. Typical search time is less than 60 days. Standard pacing is 40% of the monthly salary plus a 25% fee based on annual salary if the conversion to permanent employment occurs. Contend Search provides greater flexibility than traditional hiring practices and it allows you to 1) add head count without adding to your payroll 2) bring in top-notch professionals for a specific length of time, 3) evaluate potential employees' skills and abilities before making the long- term cornmitment to hire, and 4) convert "independent contractors" who are being paid on 1099s to official employee status.
